Bookmark personalization will be done in default Angelina font, unless otherwise requested.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
Laser cut and engraved on maple wood, the wood and engraving will contain natural variations in color and grain.
Ruler Dimension: 2" X 7/7.5" depending on the animal chosen.
These items are shipped via regular postage (USPS) & (Canada Post) they range from 10 - 14 business days once shipped. For Canadian customers: If you would like to receive shipping updates, we recommend selecting the 'tracked shipping' upgrade during checkout, upgraded shipping is $15 CAD.
For US customers: Tracked shipping is included at no extra cost.

- MADE TO ORDER PIECES -
If you have ordered a made-to-order piece, please be sure you provided us with your color choices. If you do not submit any color choices, we will send you an ETSY message, but if you fail to respond within 48 hours, we will make items based on default choices listed in the description or if the item is to be personalized, we may have to cancel the order.

- WOOD TEXTURE & CHARACTER -
The nature of wood lends a sense of uniqueness to the signs we create. We make small attempts to cover any extraordinary blemishes (cracks, knots, etc) that occur within the wood we use, but we also believe small blemishes add exceptional character to each piece. Due to the wood's natural unique characteristics, no two signs will be exactly alike.
Custom and personalized orders
- STAIN & PAINT VARIATIONS -
The wood stains we have pictured may appear different on your finished signs and growth charts. There are multiple reasons for this including “screen color” to “live color” but mostly because wood comes from different places and varies in the natural tone, therefore, it will take stain differently and vary from piece to piece. Any pictured sign that is stained acts only as a representation of a tone that will be similar to the color on your sign.

These bookmarks are adorable and both kiddos laughed out loud when they opened them up :) Kim and Crystal were extremely helpful when we ran into a shipping issue through no fault of their own....they immediately rectified the problem and followed up to be sure everything was received as expected.
