    If you have ordered a made-to-order piece, please be sure you provided us with your color choices. If you do not submit any color choices, we will send you an ETSY message, but if you fail to respond within 48 hours, we will make items based on default choices listed in the description or if the item is to be personalized, we may have to cancel the order.

    - WOOD TEXTURE & CHARACTER -
    The nature of wood lends a sense of uniqueness to the signs we create. We make small attempts to cover any extraordinary blemishes (cracks, knots, etc) that occur within the wood we use, but we also believe small blemishes add exceptional character to each piece. Due to the wood's natural unique characteristics, no two signs will be exactly alike.

    - STAIN & PAINT VARIATIONS -
    The wood stains we have pictured may appear different on your finished signs and growth charts. There are multiple reasons for this including “screen color” to “live color” but mostly because wood comes from different places and varies in the natural tone, therefore, it will take stain differently and vary from piece to piece. Any pictured sign that is stained acts only as a representation of a tone that will be similar to the color on your sign.

    Love the tags! They are bigger then I expected. One has misspelled but it was fixed and shipped right right away. My only downside is the don’t put accents so all my french last name doesn’t have accents (Ex: Sauvé is spelled Sauve, Carrière is spelled Carriere).

    These are so amazing. I thought they would be small but they are a great size for hockey bags.

    Absolutely perfect, and delivered faster than expected so I was able to gift them right away. The whole team (especially parents and coaches) were impressed and love their tags!!

    Exceeded my expectations. End of year gift for our youth hockey team that the players will undoubtedly enjoy. Great gift!
